Introducing the Lamborghini Temerario: The Huracán’s Hybrid Successor

After the incredible success of Lamborghini’s Huracán line, which dominated the supercar scene since 2014, the much-anticipated replacement is finally here: the Lamborghini Temerario. And in keeping with the trend towards electrification, this new beast comes with a hybrid powertrain.

Hybrid Power and Performance

Built on a brand-new aluminum chassis, the Temerario combines a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 engine capable of reaching 10,000 rpm with three electric motors powered by a 3.8 kWh battery. This combination delivers a total of 907 horsepower and 538 ft-lbs of torque. With these impressive specs, the Temerario can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds and has a top speed exceeding 210 mph. This makes it one of the most thrilling hybrid supercars to hit the market.

A Unique Driving Experience

According to Rouven Mohr, Lamborghini’s chief technical officer, what sets the Temerario apart is the unique "character of the drivetrain." In an interview with Robb Report, Mohr expressed his pride in the way the hybrid system has been integrated, creating a driving experience that’s unlike anything else on the road.

Expected Release

Car enthusiasts won't have to wait too long to experience this hybrid powerhouse. Mohr revealed that the Lamborghini Temerario is expected to be on the road by mid-next year, bringing cutting-edge technology and jaw-dropping performance to the next generation of Lamborghini lovers.
